the demand for coal falls and unemployment amongst coal miners rises. What kind of unemployment is this?

a. Seasonal
b. Frictional
c. Structural
d. Technical
e. Cyclical

My guess is e. because during recessionary periods of the economy, when the demand for labour and the aggregate demand for goods and services in general and is low.
What do you guys think?
