lysol basin, tub, and tile cleaner.
both will dissolve those pesky stains, and BOTH require you to rinse when you're done. that might seem like a pain in the arse, but it's not that bad.

It is an Evergreen Stove (Maple) and the adverts on the net state it has a removeable grate for log burning, however the supplied instructions give no advice on whether or not some kind of fire brick is needed for the logs to be put on.

My husband was given an old cast iron cook stove made by Montgomery Ward. The information on the top of the stove says that the stove is a Bengal model, with a serial number of 14AF:522A. We can't find anything on the stove to indicate a manufacture date. ...

I have a Jotul Nordic QT. Can it be converted to wood burning? I know that the chimney requirements are different, I'd need 2" wall Selkirk type, which I would buy. Just want to know if the stove itself can be converted. thanks

I've done sandcasting before, and I imagine building your own woodburner would be the same old story - build a good, wooden model, take it to the foundry, and have it done by sandcasting.
Is that realistic though?
I've never built a stove, but I imagine if I copy what I see ...
